Asociacion de Empresarios Textiles de la Region Valenciana
Founded on 6 May 1977, ATEVAL is the Association of Textile Businesses of the Region of Valencia, whose main purpose is to defend and represent the common interests of companies in the Valencian textile industry.
In Circula-TEX, ATEVAL provides its expertise as a textile association to support the co-creation processes of requirement definitions and the development of EPR schemes and recommendations. It acts as a multiplier, leveraging on its large network of industrial and research members.

Oniverse Holding
Oniverse (formerly Calzedonia Group) is a major Italian multibrand fashion company. It encompasses global brands such as Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, and Falconeri. Since its founding in 1986, it has grown into a leader in lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, and casualwear. With thousands of stores worldwide, Oniverse combines innovative product development with strong retail strategies.
In Circula-TEX, Calzedonia acts as a case study partner, implementing and validating circular solutions across its brand portfolio, contributing practical insights into consumer-facing implementation.

Centexbel
Centre Scientifique & Technique de l'Industrie Textile Belge
Centexbel, Belgium’s Textile Competence Centre, was established in 1950 to strengthen the competitiveness of Belgian textile companies. Founded by Fedustria, it supports manufacturers in adopting technological innovations and staying ahead of economic, social, and industrial developments.
In Circula-TEX, Centexbel leads the co-creation strategy development and contributes to digital labelling, eco-design, and knowledge base tasks. It also supports the creation of the final guidelines.

Centrocot
Centro Tessile Cotoniero e Abbigliamento
Centrocot is a certification, research and training center for companies throughout the textile, apparel and fashion production chain. Founded in Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy) in 1987, Centrocot provides assessments on sustainability, quality, chemical safety, innovation, certification and circular economy in the textile sector. It is also an official EU Notified Body for CE certifications and supports multiple EU-funded research initiatives.
In Circula-TEX, Centrocot contributes to eco-design approaches, digital labelling, and best-practice guideline development, sharing decades of experience in quality assurance and innovation.

Confindustria Moda
Confindustria Moda is one of the largest organizations representing the textile and fashion industry in Western countries. Based in Italy, the Federation represents the textile & clothing sector which is a pillar of Italy’s economy and manufacturing industry. Confindustria Moda promotes and defends the industry’s interests across the entire supply chain, both nationally and internationally, maintaining strong ties with institutions, public bodies, and key stakeholders.
In Circula-TEX, Confindustria Moda contributes with sector insights into the co-creation processes of requirement definitions, the development of EPR schemes, and recommendations. It will act as a multiplier, leveraging on its large network of industrial and research members.

Euratex
European Apparel and Textile Confederation
Euratex is the European Apparel and Textile Confederation, representing the interests of the European textile and clothing industry at the level of the EU institutions. As the voice of the European industry, EURATEX aims to create favorable environment within the European Union for manufacturing of textile and clothing products.
In Circula-TEX, EURATEX plays a key role in evaluating how well EPR schemes work and how they can be improved. As a major industry network, EURATEX helps spread knowledge and connect the project with key players across the textile sector. It also supports the sharing of project results and encourages stakeholder involvement, drawing on its strong experience in policy engagement and collaboration at local, national, and EU levels.

Fedustria
Fedustria is the Belgian non-profit federation of the textile, wood and furniture industry. It was founded on 20 December 2006 in Ghent and is the successor of Febeltex and Febelhout. They aim to support their member companies in their sustainable growth and competitiveness, by guiding them in the social, judicial, fiscal, economic, ecological and technical context, as well as in legislation and regulations.
In Circula-TEX, Fedustria will provide its expertise as a textile association to support the co-creation processes of requirement definitions and the development of EPR schemes and recommendations. It will act as a multiplier, leveraging on its large network of industrial members. Fedustria, together with Modint, act as a case study partners, implementing and validating circular solutions across its brand portfolio, contributing practical insights on end-products.

Global Fashion Agenda
GFA is a non-profit organisation that fosters industry collaboration on sustainability in fashion to accelerate impact. Working in partnership with a wide ecosystem of companies and organisations across the value chain, GFA drives action by mobilising, inspiring, influencing and educating all stakeholders. The organisation presents the renowned international forum on sustainability in fashion, Global Fashion Summit, influences policy, publishes thought leadership, implements impact programmes, and shares educational resources.
In Circula-TEX, GFA will provide its expertise to support the co-creation processes of requirement definitions and the development of EPR schemes, and recommendations. GFA also supports in outreach and visibility, supporting strategic dissemination and mobilisation of stakeholders across the global fashion system.

HUGO BOSS is one of the leading companies positioned in the premium segment of the global apparel market. With its two brands, BOSS and HUGO, the group offers collections in 129 countries at more than 8,000 points of sale and online in 74 countries via hugoboss.com. With more than 18,500 employees worldwide, the company, based in Metzingen Germany), posted sales of EUR 4.3 billion in the fiscal year 2024.

Modint
MODINT is the Netherlands' key industry association for clothing, interior textiles, and carpets. Representing over 500 companies, it provides services in compliance, international trade, CSR, and innovation.
In Circula-TEX, Modint provides its expertise as a textile association to support the co-creation processes of requirement definitions and the development of EPR schemes and recommendations. It acts as a multiplier, leveraging on its large network of industrial members. Next Technology Tecnotessile
Next Technology Tecnotessile (NTT) is a Research Organization established in Prato, Italy in 1972 to serve as a reference hub for technology transfer, innovation, and support for research, development, and training activities in favor of companies in the textile, fashion, and textile machinery sectors.
In Circula-TEX, NTT acts as technology provider for the digital labelling, the knowledge database development and the eco-design approaches.

Retex.Green
Retex.Green is an Italian consortium dedicated to managing end-of-life waste from the textile, clothing, footwear, and leather goods sectors. It serves as an industry association tool to enhance the sustainability of the supply chain and provide concrete support to Italian companies, which will soon face an entirely new regulatory landscape.
In Circula-TEX, Retex.Green brings critical insight into PRO operations and leads EPR model development within the project.

Rina Consulting
RINA is a multinational company with over 200 offices in 70 countries, offering multidisciplinary expertise to support sustainable growth, with a strong focus on energy transition, digitalisation, and people’s well-being. RINA is specialized in testing, inspection, certification, and engineering solutions across sectors such as Energy, Marine, Infrastructure & Mobility, Certification, Industry, and Real Estate.
In Circula-TEX, RINA acts as Project Coordinator, leveraging its solid experience in managing large EU collaborative projects. RINA also contributes to the development of eco-design approaches and sustainability assessments, the redefinition of a circular value chain, and brings industrial expertise to support the analysis of social acceptance and the techno-economic roadmap of the labelling solution, as well as to define strategies for the exploitation of project results.

Tallinna Tehnikaülikool (Taltech)
TalTech is Estonia’s technological university and the flagship of Estonian engineering and technical education. The mission of TalTech is to develop the economy and industry of Estonia and the Baltic Sea region through top graduates, scientific achievements, knowledge services, innovative applications and cooperation projects.
In Circula-TEX, TalTech provides academic input on eco-design and contributes to the architecture of the digital labelling system.

Temera
Temera is a digital traceability leader, offering IoT (like RFID) and blockchain-based solutions tailored to luxury and fashion brands. Their technology supports transparency and circularity throughout product life cycles.
In Circula-TEX, Temera Srl leads the development of the smart labelling system and contributes to the digital infrastructure for DPP and ESPR compliance.

TexCycle (Eurotex Ltd.)
TexCycle is a trusted, world-leading circular textile company. Founded in 2000 in Bulgaria, it has expanded into an end-to-end solution provider. Sorting for reuse and wholesale are TexCycle's main activities. They have also developed separate collection systems in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece in addition to recycling, repairs and retail operations.
In Circula-Tex, TexCycle will provide operational business knowledge and infrastructure to develop and validate the eco-design requirements, EPR recommendations and the project-developed digital labelling solution.

Texaid
TEXAID is a specialist in circular services for the fashion and textile industry. It provides global solutions for the professional collection, sorting, resale, and enabling the recycling of textiles and footwear. With over 45 years of experience, TEXAID processes more than 70,000 Tons of post-consumer textile waste annually. Operating across Europe and North America, the company employs over 1,000 people who contribute daily to saving millions of textiles from landfill or incineration.
In Circula-TEX, Texaid validates project approaches related to collection, sorting, reuse, and recycling.

Texfor - Confederacion de la Industria Textil
Texfor – the Textile Industry Confederation – is the leading representative of Spain’s textile sector. Founded in 2010, it brings together nearly 4,000 companies — mostly SMEs — and supports the industry’s competitiveness by offering expertise in sustainability, innovation, internationalisation, legal and labour matters. It also represents the sector’s interests at national and international levels, ensuring its voice is heard across institutions, media, and policymaking bodies.
In Circula-TEX, Texfor supports the co-creation of requirement definitions and the development of EPR schemes and recommendations. Acting as a key multiplier, Texfor will leverage its extensive network of industry members to amplify the project’s impact.

Yamamay (Inticom)
Founded in 2001, Yamamay has been engaged in the retail sale of underwear, corsetry, lingerie, swimwear, clothing and accessories, becoming a leader in the market and always focusing on the well-being of their customers through the creation of durable and quality products.
In Circula-TEX, Yamamay supports the implementation of project solutions as one of the four case studies, contributing its expertise in lingerie, swimwear, and intimate apparel products.
